We are currently hiring for the following positions:Responsibilities :Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality tapas dishes.Supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.Monitoring food production and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.Collaborating with the culinary team to create new and innovative tapas recipes.Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Qualifications :Proven experience as a sous-chef or Kitchen Assistant in a tapas restaurant.In-depth knowledge of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.Minimum required experience: 6 monthsSpanish speakers are preferable for all positions to enhance our guests'' experience and maintain the authenticity of our restaurant.At Costa del sol, we value teamwork, creativity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
