Sous Chef requirements:
- We are looking for a Sous Chef with a proven track record working in award winning restaurants, hotels or members clubs.
- The ideal Sous Chef will have a strong knowledge of mediterranean cuisine.
- The successful applicant will need to be confident working with high quality and high volume. You will be required to lead a team of 30 chefs through a busy service.
- A sous Chef with a hands-on approach and who leads by example.
