Sous Chef requirements:

• Previous experience in award-winning restaurants, luxury hotels, or private membersandrsquo; clubs
• A strong foundation in Italian and/or European cuisine is preferred
• Stable and consistent employment history is essential
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Confident working within a large brigade andndash; youandrsquo;ll be part of a 50-strong team, serving up to 500 covers per service
