The club boasts over 4000 members who share a passion for exquisite cuisine, fine wine, and excellent company. The establishment features a main kitchen that caters to its fine dining restaurant, private dining rooms, and lounges. As the Sous Chef, you will have input in curating the menus for all our outlets, which are refreshed on a monthly basis.

Sous Chef Requirements:

• We are seeking a Sous chef with exceptional fine dining experience.
• The successful Sous chef will be a great mentor who is able to assist in leading a high preforming team to achieve and maintain the highest standards.
• A creative chef who thrives creating new dishes which can showcase amazing British flavours.
• A Sous Chef has an eye for detail when it comes to financials, stock management and budgeting.
