Key Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate the use of Re-gen on Rational ovens and manage large plated functions. Running the pass for busy A la carte services. Oversee kitchen management. Monitor food costs and ensure profitability. Train and inspire the restaurant team to deliver consistently great food. Ensure compliance with advanced food hygiene level 3 and allergens. Utilise systems such as Microsoft packages, Fourth, and Procure Wizard. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role. Expertise in using Rational ovens for large functions. Strong leadership and conflict management skills. Solid understanding of food costs and gross profit. Ability to train and motivate a team.
