Your Role as Sous Chef
You''ll be a key part of our 6-person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high.
- Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose-to-tail cooking style.
- Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep.
- Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef.
