Sous Chef

sous chef required for a kitchen in the Stroud area of the cotswolds, this is for a fresh food Hotel with a restaurant and banqueting, they offer a great level of food. Sous chef role, upto 38k, 45hr contracts.-


The role
As a sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the head chef, this is a hands on role. You will ensure everything runs smoothly and includes all the standard sous chef duties.-


Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, with good knife skills.
