About the Role: As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in both the preparation and service of high-quality food within a busy contract catering environment. You will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard, adhering to set recipes and specifications. Maintaining a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations. Working effectively as part of a team, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Delivering exceptional food and service to guests, contributing to a positive customer experience. Working across different sections of the kitchen as required. Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with: Proven experience as an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef or above. A passion for food and a commitment to quality. Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
