Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals Support the Head Chef with menu planning, ordering, and kitchen operations Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards Manage stock control and minimise waste Lead, train, and motivate junior kitchen team members Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment What We''re Looking For Previous experience in a similar kitchen role (Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie) Computer literate and confident with kitchen systems City and Guilds 706/1 and 2 or NVQ equivalent Food Hygiene Certificate Team player with great communication skills ..... full job details .....
