Working alongside the Head Chef, you''ll support a varied restaurant offer and high-end hospitality, including executive dining, plated dinners, evening events and client hospitality.

With a wide range of meetings and events taking place, the catering team will offer a wide range of dishes, presentations and service styles.

What you''ll do:

• Support the daily running of the kitchen.
• Deliver premium hospitality events.
• Help produce an exciting, restaurant-quality food offer.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when required.
• Support stock control, ordering and food safety.
• Coach junior members of the team.
