We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CHandCO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate team to create an outstanding culinary experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersIdentifying opportunities to improve our food serviceCreating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supportedSupporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customersRepresenting Compass Group UKandI and maintaining a positive brand imageSupporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food wasteOverseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standardsSupporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targetsComplying with Food Handling and Hygiene standardsComplying with Health and Safety regulations
