Experienced Sous Chef - Modern British Restaurant, Brentford
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries and larders serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Sous would will be based in Brentford, you will assist the Senior Sous and Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen2 years experience in a similar kitchen and experienceExperience in high volume, upscale restaurantsCan do attitude and team playerFully flexible on day/evening/weekend shiftsA true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learnlive locally to the area and be able to access the venue easily
