Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with an excellent manufacturing and visitor attraction client within the Staffordshire area who are looking to recruit a Sous Chef on a full time, permanent basis to join their team.Our client is expanding their much-loved destination caf into a 200-cover operation supported by a brand-new, purpose-catering facility within their bustling retail site. This is a pivotal moment in their journey -therefore are looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join and play a key role in shaping this exciting new chapter.Hours: 40 hours per week - working 5 out of 7 days a week (on a 2-week rotation with every other weekend off)8:30am - 4:30pm with a 4:00pm finish on Sundays Salary: 14.21 p/h / 29,558 per annum - with a chance to also earn extra commission The Sous Chef will be a vital member of the kitchen team, acting as the Head Chef''s right hand and taking on a wide range of responsibilities. From recipe development and food preparation to team supervision and food safety, you''ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.What will you be doing in the Sous Chef role?
