Sous chef

Our client in Southampton is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to take charge of a busy and vibrant kitchen on a temporary basis.In this role, you will be responsible for running the kitchen operation, managing breakfast and lunch service, and leading a team of two Kitchen Assistants.
