Sous Chef - Restaurant and Cocktail Bar (accommodation available) - Nairn

• andpound;37,000 per annum, plus a GP bonus of andpound;200 per stock take paid six times a year, plus a share of tips based on hours worked

We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular restaurant and cocktail bar in Nairn. This is a hands on Sous Chef position supporting the Head Chef across the day to day running of the kitchen, service delivery, stock control and ordering, with involvement in menu development and in bringing on the junior team.

The group operates a number of venues across the Highlands and is continuing to grow, so there is real scope to progress for the right Sous Chef. The accommodation offer is worth noting if you are considering a move to the area, as temporary accommodation is available for up to three months while you get settled.
