What You''ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading and motivating a large brigade in a high-volume environment
- Driving consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Supporting menu development and seasonal changes
- Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance
- Training and mentoring junior chefs
What We''re Looking For
- Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior CDP ready to step up
- Experience in fresh food, high-volume kitchens
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
