You''ll work in one of two very different, fast-paced operations:




  • A stylish, contemporary hotel operationdelivering modern Scottish cuisine with strong seasonal influence, refined presentation, and high guest expectations.


  • A vibrant, high-energy food and drink venueknown for its atmosphere, volume, and premium casual dining offering - focused on bold flavours, fresh produce, and exceptional service standards.



This dual-site environment provides outstanding exposure, variety, and genuine progression for chefs looking to develop strong operational and leadership capability.



What You''ll Be Doing




  • Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations


  • Leading and motivating a large brigade in a high-volume environment


  • Driving consistency, quality, and presentation standards


  • Supporting menu development and seasonal changes


  • Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance


  • Training and mentoring junior chefs



What We''re Looking For




  • Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior CDP ready to step up


  • Experience in fresh food, high-volume kitchens


  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
