Sous Chef
to join their dynamic culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two unique dining concepts within the same venue:Award-Winning 3 Rosette Restaurant
delivering refined, seasonal menus with a strong focus on quality ingredients and innovation.
Casual Grill Restaurant
a more relaxed, vibrant offering showcasing bold flavours and crowd-pleasing classics.
The Role:As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of both kitchens, ensuring consistency, creativity, and the highest culinary standards. Youll lead by example, train and inspire junior team members, and play an integral role in menu development and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management of kitchen operations across both restaurants.
Maintain exceptional standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Motivate, train, and support the brigade.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
Contribute ideas for seasonal and innovative menus.
The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience at Sous Chef level within a high-quality or Rosette-standard environment.
Passion for both fine dining and more casual, flavour-driven cuisine.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
