Proven experience in a high-quality, rosette-level kitchen (minimum up to 2 AA Rosettes)
Strong background in
conference and banqueting (CandB)

Excellent attention to detail and consistency in quality

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Strong organisational and communication skills
