Sourcing Specialist

The Role
Working closely with the Procurement Manager and the NPD team, you will play a key role in the sourcing of goods and materials for new product introductions. This is a hands-on position offering a varied workload and the chance to work with suppliers and colleagues across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of goods, materials, and services in line with company requirements.
- Working cross-functionally with NPD team, production, logistics, and quality teams.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, track orders, and resolve delivery issues.
- Leading negotiations to secure the best value, quality, and lead times.
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records and supplier information.
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); ERP/MRP experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in sourcing raw materials and onboarding new suppliers
- Eager to learn and develop within a growing business.
