We’re looking for someone to join our London Professional Services Sourcing team—not just to fill a role, but to elevate it.This is not your typical procurement job. We’re seeking a dynamic, service-oriented consultant and HR expert who understands recruitment, temp labor, benefits, learning and development, payroll, and HR tech. You’ll bring industry know-how and a consulting mindset to help us build smarter sourcing strategies and stronger supplier relationships. Procurement deep knowledge is not necessarily required—we’ll help you learn that part—but strong experience as a consultant in consulting companies (ideally in HR) is a must.Role and Responsibilities

Provide strategic, structured, and consistent sourcing support to clients, driving value, efficiency, and innovation in HR-related services.Work globally with stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives with organizational priorities, ensure compliance, and optimize vendor relationships.Lead and manage a portfolio of HR sourcing initiatives; execute market tenders (RFPs, RFIs) and facilitate supplier evaluations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage supplier performance and issue resolution.Stay current on HR category trends, regulatory updates, and supplier innovations; build strategic supplier relationships.Requirements

Senior HR Sourcing and Consulting Professional with strong advisory capabilities and experience leading complex procurement initiatives in HR services.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting environment (management consulting, procurement advisory, or PMO).Experience advising senior HR stakeholders and translating business needs into sourcing and commercial strategies; end-to-end sourcing lifecycle experience including contract negotiation.Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and ability to influence in matrixed organizations.Proficiency in MS Office and sourcing analytics tools; knowledge of compliance and data protection related to employee information.Join a truly global team
