This is a strategic role responsible for delivering significant commercial and contractual value across multi-million-pound opportunities within a highly regulated environment. You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver sourcing strategies that drive measurable savings, innovation, and long-term value. The Role As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end sourcing activity from business requirement through to contract signature for multi-million-pound, medium-risk opportunities. Implement approved category strategies and deliver against an ambitious savings pipeline. Apply structured sourcing frameworks within regulated procurement environments, ensuring full compliance with governance, legislative, and risk requirements. Act as a lead negotiator on complex commercial arrangements, securing savings and additional value beyond agreed targets. Develop innovative sourcing solutions and commercial models to address complex business challenges.
