Operating within a fast-paced, consulting-led environment, the organisation is known for its strong delivery culture, client impact and commercial rigour.Your new role Professional Services Sourcing Lead - HR and Benefits FocusThis is a professional services sourcing role, working in a client-facing capacity to deliver end-to-end sourcing initiatives across indirect spend, with a primary focus on HR Benefits and wider People categories. You''ll operate as a trusted commercial advisor to clients, leading sourcing projects from opportunity identification through to supplier selection, negotiation and contracting.
