Manpower has a unique opportunity for an experienced Source to Pay Subject Matter Expert to join our Clients Procurement and IT Team at their site in Loughborough. The successful candidate will work as part of an established team to deploy and provide support for the SAP 4 Hana system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP 4 Hana and ECC, Ariba Guided Buying and VIM with a strong technology background and previous experience of deploying SAP 4 Hana from a business perspective.

This is a varied role and some day to day responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert knowledge and support for SAP 4 Hana and ECC systems
• Oversee the integration and optimisation of SAP 4 Hana within the source to pay processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP 4 Hana implementation
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure seamless understanding
• Develop and implement technical solutions that align with business requirements
• Conduct system configurations, customisations and enhancements to meet business needs
• Support the end to end deployment of SAP 4 Hana, including planning, configuration, testing and go-live support
• Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within a defined scope and budget

You will have proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
