This permanent role requires expertise in sonar maintenance, contributing to the agile capability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Delivering training in the maintenance of Sonar systems as part of the Weapon Engineering (WE) Capability Training Unit. Utilising performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across WE training, including internal and third-party evaluations. Identifying and sharing best practices to inform quality and improvement initiatives across training establishments. Implementing consistent systems and processes to harmonise training delivery across other locations.
