Waiter Requirements:

• Minimum 2andndash;3 yearsandrsquo; experience in professional London restaurants, hotels, or private membersandrsquo; clubs
• Exposure to Italian cuisine is a strong advantage.
• A humble, hardworking sommelier who is able work as the sole sommelier for the restaurant.
• A genuine passion for fine wines andndash; ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior position.
