Solutions Sales Manager

Our client is a leading provider of biomedical services, supporting healthcare organisations across the UK. They specialise in the supply, maintenance, lifecycle management and technical support of medical equipment, helping customers improve operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and patient care. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Manager to join their sales team. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to work with NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and other clinical organisations across the UK. The Role The purpose of this role is to drive strategic sales growth across a diverse portfolio of healthcare service solutions. Using a consultative sales approach, you will identify customer needs, develop tailored proposals and build long-term relationships with healthcare organisations, delivering value-led solutions that improve efficiency, compliance and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop tailored sales solutions that address customer challenges across healthcare service support, dental servicing, equipment lifecycle management and endoscope maintenance. Promote integrated service solutions through a consultative sales approach. Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, clinical engineering departments, service managers and senior healthcare stakeholders.
