You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our financial and real estate customersPerform data analysis to inform product maintenance and development efforts, contributing to the overall improvement of our products and servicesDirectly engage with customers to assist and resolve their queries and requests promptly, triaging development requests where appropriate, and fostering effective communication and collaboration with our Commercial, Product, Science, and Technology teamsEnhance our customer loyalty by communicating product features and updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner across our suite of productsMaintain our library of content and documentation, ensuring information is up-to-date, easy to understand, and easy to useResponsibilities
Technical Discovery and Solution Design: Understand customer needs and design tailored solutions using the SaaS products. Engage with customers during discovery sessions to gather requirements and create a customised solution architecture.Product Demonstrations and PoC Management: Deliver product demos and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) environments to showcase the product''s value.Sales Proposal and Documentation Collaboration: Prepare and contribute to technical sections of sales proposals, including RFPs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.Customer Onboarding and Implementation: Be part of customer onboarding, success measure definition and management of the technical implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.Ongoing Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide continuous support, addressing technical issues post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.Customer Training and Relationship Building: Train customers on product usage and maintain strong relationships, ensuring long-term success and readiness for renewals or expansions.High IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and great data analytics skills, particularly in Python and SQL.Essential skills
Strong working knowledge of APIs, Python, and SQL, with the ability to manipulate large and complex datasets. (Experience with geospatial data, GIS technologies, and risk analytics is highly desirable.)Demonstrated ability to handle messy, high-volume data in real-world customer scenarios, particularly for financial services use cases.Understanding of how banks and asset managers assess and manage physical climate risk, including key drivers and decision-making factors.Confident in explaining, justifying, and troubleshooting technical solutions for enterprise clients. Able to translate complex data into business-relevant narratives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with limited structure. Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of technical workstreams with minimal oversight.Desirable skills
Ability to exercise excellent time management and meet multiple deadlines.A passion for learning about climate change.Understanding of, and interest in, the current climate change landscape and future trends.Experience working at a B2B SaaS company.Experience with CRM platforms and Project management/issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira).Equal opportunities
