Description

• Develop and implement end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Lead the design of operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Create cost models for customer operations
• Create efficient warehouse layouts considering growth and scalabity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in logistics.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the solutions design team.

Profile

A successful of Solutions Design Lead should have:

• Proven expertise in logistics solution design within the 3rd party logistics sector.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of current trends and innovations in logistics solutions (Automation, mechanisation).
• Experience of working with Autocad or similar tools for warehouse layouts
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
