Boston Scientific is seeking a passionate, hands-on Solutions Delivery Consultant (SDC) to join our dynamic Healthcare and Solutions team within the UK and Ireland, with a focus on partnering closely with the NHS. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare delivery, driving meaningful, lasting change in collaboration with the NHS. Aligning with the 10-year plan and leveraging all the resources of a large MedTech company to provide the best outcomes for patients.Your Mission: You will lead and take ownership of the delivery and implementation of tailored healthcare solutions built in collaboration with our Solutions Architects (SOAs), collaborating closely with Boston Scientific teams. Working directly in clinical settings, you will bring your expertise, creativity, and drive to improve patient access, increase throughput, reduce costs, and most importantly, make a profound impact on patient and staff experiences.Responsibilities

Own the execution and delivery of healthcare solutions in partnership with NHS trusts, clinics, and care networks.Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to define project goals, strategies, and solutions tailored to each customer''s needs.Lead and help develop our team of Solution Delivery Analysts.Work directly in clinical settings, engaging with frontline staff, collecting data, and implementing impactful change initiatives.Track and report on key outcomes, ensuring that improvements in patient access, throughput, and satisfaction are realised and sustained. Creating case studies.Support continuous learning by sharing insights and best practices across the organisation and the NHS network.Experience from a healthcare consultancy or NHS operational/improvement background, and a genuine passion for creating positive change in the NHS and wider healthcare sector.Natural collaborator and relationship-builder, able to work closely with clinical staff and operational teams alike.Toolkit of skills—project management, data analysis, process reengineering, and stakeholder engagement—and the ability to apply them in diverse, fast-paced clinical environments.Hands-on, resilient, and motivated by seeing change happen on the frontlines.Strong problem-solving mindset, able to find creative solutions to complex challenges and adapt quickly to new contexts.Belief in the mission: to help the NHS and healthcare providers deliver better care, more efficiently, for every patient.Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare consultancy, NHS operational/improvement, or similar roles (e.g., Manager/Senior Manager consultancy grade).Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.A genuine passion for making healthcare better—for patients, staff, and the wider system.About Boston Scientific
