Solutions Architect

We are recruiting for a Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation and wider systems integration programme. This role will define how Salesforce fits within the broader technology landscape, how it integrates with existing systems, and how the architecture can enable scalability, resilience and operational efficiency. Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office We''re looking for someone technically strong, commercially mature and comfortable working across development, product and business stakeholder groups. You will need to understand technical detail, challenge existing ways of working, and make practical decisions that support delivery. Key responsibilities will include: Designing the Salesforce CRM solution architecture across current and future systems. Defining how Salesforce integrates with wider business platforms and applications. Supporting CRM migration, including data mapping, data quality and transition planning. Working with developers to shape robust, practical technical solutions. Working with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear architectural decisions. Reviewing existing systems, integrations and processes to identify improvements and simplification opportunities. Advising on configuration, customisation, integration patterns and technical trade-offs. Creating clear, accessible documentation for system architecture, data flows and integration points.
