Solutions Architect (HR Transformation)

Solution Architect (HR Transformation) / 6 months / Reading (Hybrid) / £500 - £545pd (Inside IR35) I am currentely recruiting for a talented Solution Architect skilled working on HR Transformations to join a client of ours on an initial 6 month contract. This has been determined inside IR35 and will be completed on a hybrid bases - ideally with you going onsite atleast twice per week in Reading. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture across a large-scale HR transformation programme Support the development and enhancement of Workday solutions Design and implement a new HR Service Desk capability Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align HR technology strategy Ensure integration and alignment across key HR platforms Essential Experience Proven experience as a Solution Architect Strong background delivering HR Transformation projects Hands-on knowledge of Workday Experience with ServiceNow HR (HRSD) and related HR service management solutions Ability to design and deliver enterprise HR technology solutions If interested, please apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss in more detail ..... full job details .....
