Solutions Architect - Managed Network ServicesLocation: Solihull (Hybrid)Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 + Commission + Car AllowanceWorking Pattern: Hybrid - approximately 2 days per month in the Solihull office The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join a growing technical team, playing a key role in designing innovative network infrastructure solutions and supporting customers throughout the sales lifecycle.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, customer-focused architect with a background in managed WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and security services. You will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams, acting as the technical authority from initial customer engagement through to solution delivery. What You''ll Be DoingDesign tailored LAN and WAN solutions aligned to customer requirements and technical capabilities.Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer needs and develop compelling technical propositions.Lead technical discussions, customer meetings and solution reviews, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.Produce high-quality technical documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), network schematics and associated solution documentation.Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales and Account Management teams to support new business opportunities, renewals and existing customer relationships.Ensure solutions are technically robust, ..... full job details .....
