What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the design of technology solutions that are aligned with enterprise architecture and long-term strategy.

Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Provide hands-on design assurance throughout delivery — from integration planning to testing.

Work closely with business analysts, developers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Govern technical design standards, ensuring compliance with security and data policies.

Act as the point of continuity across complex programmes, managing technical risk and adapting to evolving requirements.

Contribute to improving architectural practices and mentoring technical colleagues.

Main Skills Needed

Extensive experience in solution architecture across complex, multi-system environments.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise platforms, and cloud solutions.

Confident in architectural governance and influencing technical direction at programme level.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in system design, integration, and requirements management.

Beneficial: TOGAF, BCS, ITIL or equivalent certifications.
