The ideal candidate will possess:Domain Expertise: Proven experience within Central Government, Public Safety, and National Security sectors, with a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities.Microsoft Business Platform Knowledge: Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, ERP, and HCM), Power Platform, Azure, and data-centric solutions.Innovative Mindset: A track record of leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, such as AI, advanced analytics, and cloud-native solutions, to address complex public sector challenges.Industry Awareness: Understanding of emerging technology trends in Central Government, Public Safety, and National Security.Enterprise Project Leadership: Experience managing multiple complex enterprise project lifecycles from inception to delivery.Client Relationship Expertise: Ability to build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.Commercial and Marketing Acumen: Ability to apply commercial perspective to market and customer intelligence, identifying new routes to market and product opportunities.Strategic and Political Skills: Strong political awareness and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate conflicting interests and communicate at all levels.Executive Representation: Comfortable representing Kerv Digital in Director and C-suite forums, managing escalations.Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a collaborative approach across departments.Mentoring and Team Development: Passion for mentoring and developing team members.Workforce Engagement: Experience in hiring and liaising with Workforce Management to align resources with business needs.Key Responsibilities

Technical and Solution Leadership: Oversee the technical and solution strategy for the Central Government, Public Safety, and National Security team, aligned with organisational goals.Sales Engagement: Work with Sales to craft technical proposals and lead demonstrations with pre-sales support.Governance and Quality Assurance: Provide technical governance across projects, ensuring quality and best practices.Strategic Advisory: Contribute to industry strategy development and decision-making.Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Public Sector Pod, CTO, and other stakeholders to drive strategy and project delivery.Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader within the Central Government and Public Safety sectors, promoting Kerv Digital’s expertise.What We Can Do For You
