      <description>Location: Loughborough | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | The Role   We''re looking for a Solution Developer to join Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, playing a key role in delivering growth and innovation through New Product Development (NPD).  This is a hands-on, technically focused role responsible for leading end-to-end NPD projects within the construction sector - from early customer insight and concept development through to testing, manufacture and launch. Working across our Gyproc and Isover brands, you''ll help identify how the construction market is evolving and translate those insights into practical, scalable solutions.
