Solution Architecture Lead

Location: Remote Work from Home We are seeking an experienced Solution Architecture Lead to provide architectural leadership across a complex enterprise technology landscape. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic technology professional to take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture across a range of business-critical platforms, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with long-term business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, software vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams, you will act as the architectural authority across the organisation''s technology estate and, over time, lead a team of Solution Leads and Integration Specialists. As Solution Architecture Lead, you will be: Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Workday, Dynamics 365 (FandO and Project Operations), and integrated business systems. Define and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and governance documentation. Provide architectural leadership, ensuring all solution changes are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives. Support programme delivery, coordinating technical decisions across stakeholders, suppliers, and partners while managing risks and dependencies. Drive continuous improvement, overseeing BAU support, security, data governance, compliance, and future technology innovation.
