This is a newly created role with a genuine opportunity to influence the direction of the programme. You’ll take ownership of solution architecture across the HR portfolio, working closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams and third-party implementation partners to define and deliver the target architecture. The role has a strong focus on Workday and colleague-facing platforms, with the opportunity to shape how HR, Learning, Talent and Workforce Management technologies integrate across a complex enterprise landscape.
