Solutions Architect | Outside IR35 | £425 - £480 | Hybrid 2 days per week | London | MarctechA leading UK organisation is embarking on a major MarTech transformation programme, building a best-in-class customer engagement ecosystem including CDP, CEP, CMP and CRO platforms, underpinned by a robust Customer 360 data foundation. We''re looking for a Solution Architect to drive end-to-end design, vendor integration, and implementation readiness across this high-profile initiative. What you''ll be doingDefine and own end-to-end MarTech architecture (CDP, CEP, CMP, CRO)Design data flows, identity resolution, and customer journey orchestrationEnable Real Time decisioning using event-driven architecturesEnsure alignment with Customer 360 and enterprise data strategyProduce key artefacts (HLDs, integration designs, solution architecture docs)Manage vendor integration and identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offsEnsure compliance with GDPR and audit requirementsWhat we''re looking forProven experience as a Solution Architect within MarTech environmentsStrong experience across CDP, CEP, CMP and CRO/experimentation platformsDeep understanding of:Customer identity resolution andamp; profile stitchingAPI-led and event-driven architectureReal Time data/event streamingStrong stakeholder management across business and technical teamsNice to haveExperience in hospitality, travel, or eCommerceExposure to Customer 360 programmesExperience with vendor selection/RFP processesKnowledge of ..... full job details .....
