Role: Solution Architect Type: Permanent, full-time Location: London (Hybrid 2-3x a week in office) Salary: circa £110K packageOverview:We''re currently supporting a large organisation undergoing significant transformation in the search for a Solution Architect to join a growing function.This role suits an experienced Solution Architect who enjoys working hands-on across complex, large-scale programmes, collaborating closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.Responsibilities Own solution architecture across multiple initiatives within a complex environmentDesign scalable, end-to-end solutions aligned to business and technical requirementsDefine architectural patterns, integration approaches, and high-level designsPartner with delivery teams to support solutions through to implementationEngage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and gain buy-inContribute to technology and solution direction across the wider landscape Key Requirements Minimum 5+ years'' experience in a Solution Architect roleStrong understanding of solution and application architectureExperience operating within complex, enterprise-scale environmentsExperience working across large-scale projects and programmes of workAbility to balance technical, delivery, and commercial considerationsStrong communication skills and stakeholder-management capabilityCloud experience (Azure preferred, but not essential)Software Development background is preferredOT ..... full job details .....
