Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere BigMatch or MDM entity-resolution tools. Strong AWS skills: S3, IAM, VPC, Glue, Kinesis. Experience integrating with Databricks Lakehouse (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog). Understanding of data matching, standardisation, and survivorship concepts. Strong stakeholder communication skills. IBM MDM or BigMatch certification. Databricks certification (Data Engineer/Architect Professional). Experience in regulated or public sector environments.
