Role : Solution ArchitectLocation : LondonDuration : 6 monthsOverview of the role:We are creating a new, independent Payments Acquiring business. In this role, you will help us replace old, complex technology with modern SaaS applications for Finance, Risk, and HR. You will lead the overall technology design and make sure all our new cloud systems work together smoothly.Key skills:Solution Architecture: Strong background designing end-to-end enterprise systems and cloud solutions.Integration and Cloud: Solid experience with APIs, event-driven design, AWS, and modern SaaS platforms.Technical Modeling: Experience drawing C4 architecture diagrams and writing clear documentation.Stakeholder Management: Able to explain tech choices, negotiate with vendors, and lead decision-making.Bonus Skills: Background in Payments, Finance, Risk, or HR technology, or hands-on experience with data migration and AI PoCs.Key responsibilities:Design End-to-End Solutions: Plan how new SaaS systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and data integrations connect together.Work with Partners: Collaborate with internal tech teams, SaaS vendors, and implementation partners to guide technical decisions.Build Diagrams and Documentation: Create and maintain C4 architecture diagrams, application lists, and tech roadmaps.Lead Governance: Present technical designs to Architecture Review Boards and risk forums to get formal approval.Guide Technical Choices: Evaluate options to keep systems cost-effective, ..... full job details .....
