      <description>Location: London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Expleo is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a large-scale transformation programme involving Oracle ERP demobilisation, migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Workday separation activities.     The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering ERP migration and separation programmes, with strong expertise across solution architecture, enterprise integrations, data migration, cutover planning, and transition delivery. Experience working with Oracle ERP, D365 Business Central, and Workday environments is essential.      Define and assure end-to-end solution architectures for Oracle demobilisation, D365 Business Central migration, and Workday separation.  Develop current-state, transition-state, and target-state architecture designs.  Support data migration, integration, cutover, and service transition activities.  Assess technical dependencies, risks, and impacts across applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains.
