Solution Architect - ERP/Oracle Contract | Large-scale ERP Transformation We''re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme. Key requirements: Strong ERP Solution Architecture experience, ideally within Oracle/Oracle Fusion environments. Experience working across HR and Recruitment modules. Proven experience designing ERP solutions/services within large, complex programmes. Strong third-party supplier management experience, ideally working with partners such as Accenture or the Big Four. Comfortable working client-side, providing technical oversight and challenge to the build/implementation partner. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on large, long-term ERP programmes - ideally with significant tenure on individual engagements.
