Working with an e-commerce and distribution group with a significant amount of internally developed technology, alongside their ERP and other business systems, you will be tasked with providing senior, hands-on technology leadership experience for a new e-commerce/customer platform project which is already in development. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate the business requirements, technical design and proposed architecture. Act as a senior technical sounding board for our Head of IT and development team. Identify any material gaps, risks, dependencies or resource requirements. Ensure the approach appropriately considers our longer-term technology direction and does not unnecessarily add complexity or constrain future options. Establish robust technical governance and help drive the project through to successful delivery.
