Be able to bring relevant/related experience in capital markets, trade settlement, counterparty risk, etc, who have experience of the industry, and be able to understand the different processes and terms, and sorts of solutions/tech involved within this remit. You will need: Extensive functional and technical knowledge of post trade processing, specifically collateral management, margining (IM and VM), and settlement, ideally gained at a market infrastructure (CSD, ICSD, custodian) or a large sell side or buy side institution. Exposure to triparty collateral management, collateral optimisation, and eligibility/substitution processes since this maps closely to the end clients Collateral Highway proposition.
