The role will focus on defining the end-to-end architecture across CIAM, Azure AD B2C / Entra External ID, authentication, federation and customer privacy capabilities. You will operate within a complex multi-supplier environment, so strong senior stakeholder engagement, supplier management and the ability to influence identity and platform design decisions will be essential. Responsibilities Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture across CIAM, consent and preference management capabilities. Design customer identity solutions using Azure AD B2C and Microsoft Entra External ID. Define authentication, federation, registration, login and account recovery journeys. Translate business, customer and regulatory requirements into scalable identity architecture. Design integrations between identity services, customer platforms and third-party systems.
