Solution Architect - 6 months - Hybrid (Luton 2-3 days per week) Role Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture for a strategic product mission, ensuring that multiple product teams deliver a cohesive and scalable solution. You will provide architectural direction, establish guardrails and standards, and ensure designs align with enterprise strategy while supporting teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Define and lead mission-level solution architecture spanning multiple product teams and platforms. Design end-to-end solutions including integrations, shared services, APIs, and data flows. Establish architecture principles, guardrails, and reusable patterns to ensure scalable and consistent design. Work closely with Product Leads, Tech Leads, and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment between architecture and delivery. Identify cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and integration challenges early in the life cycle. Communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs, and design rationale clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. Contribute to architecture governance and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and long-term strategy. Skills andamp; Experience Strong background in solution architecture within large-scale or mission-critical environments.
