We have an opportunity for a Solicitor to join a large team of thirteen, with no line management responsibilities. We are a fast paced in-house legal team which works on a very broad range of matters. Role Expectations The successful candidate will be required to provide legal advice across areas of law including but not limited to grant making, contracts, procurement, charity, litigation, insolvency, subsidy control, debt recovery and public law. In addition to providing substantive advice, the role requires a solicitor to be able to research and upskill on new areas of law very swiftly. It is also expected that the solicitor will use their legal knowledge to help improve the Fund''s internal processes and precedents, as well as ensuring that the Fund complies with statutory and regulatory frameworks at all times.
