Responsible for liaising directly with clients and ensuring a high level of client care is provided at all times. This role reports directly to the Head of Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts. Key Responsibilities for the Solicitor in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust matters that will include: Providing general advice to clients on all aspects of Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust processes. Preparing lasting powers of attorney. Preparing deputyship orders. Dealing with estate administration. Advising on risks of death, divorce or bankruptcy in respect of lifetime gifting. Advising on obtaining grants of probate. Advising on letters of administration. Settling estate liabilities. Administering estates in accordance with the correct procedures.
