The Role: They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and play a key role in the growth of our conveyancing department. Key Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion. Advising clients on property transactions and related legal matters. Drafting and reviewing contracts, title deeds, and other legal documentation. Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. About You: Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
